Hi, I have a room for rent for 450.00 a week with a detached private bathroom (the bathroom is not I side the room however; you will be the only person with keys to that bathroom). The security deposit $450.00. The rent includes all utilities such as electricity, WiFi and cleaning fee in the common area of the apartment ( bathroom, kitchen and living space.) We split the electricity bill from June to October if you request an AC in the room during those months only.
