Large room available in a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom newly renovated apartment in central Harlem. Move-in date is flexible starting from late June/early July, but we?d be looking for someone to sign onto a 12 month lease in August. WiFi and electricity are split evenly between 4 people (+/- $50 per month).

The room is unfurnished, $1370 per month (12x12) with a walk-in closet and roof access

- Amazing location in Harlem a block away from historic 125th Street! Conveniently located equidistant between the 2/3 and 4/5/6 trains. M100, M101, Bx15 buses get you to the A/B/C/D trains in 5 mins.
- The building is across the street from Marcus Garvey Park between 5th Ave and Madison on a quiet residential street
- The unit is on the fourth floor of a walk-up building and has been gut renovated with plenty of light pouring into the space
- Four single-occupant rooms with two full bathrooms
- Brand new appliances, dishwasher, radiator in each room, washer + dryer in-unit!

Closest subways are the 125th Street trains:
- 2/3 125th Street (0.25 miles)
- 4/5/6 125th Street (0.25 miles)
- A/B/C/D - 125th Street (0.7 miles)

Travel to: Midtown ~ 10 mins, Downtown ~ 15 mins

Ideal Roommate
Because there are four people utilizing common areas, we are looking for someone who clean, tidy, respectful of shared spaces and can proactively help us keep the apartment organized.

The current occupant is in her 20s and works full-time as a therapist. We would ideally like to have someone similar in age and circumstance?20s-30s, employed full time/part time or in school.

Moving In
We are looking for someone to sign onto a year-long lease that starts in August. Early move-in is an option if you need a June or July date.
