This bedroom is ideal for a professional, mature, independent, non-cigarette smoking female or regular business traveler in need of a home away from home.

Option (II)—Large furnished master bedroom with its own, private ensuite bathroom + shared kitchen ($1,750.00/mo -- Avail May 1)
Option (III)—Both bedrooms pending availability (no living room access) - $3,500.00

Excludes living room (no exceptions), mid month move-ins will be prorated--$1,000.00 deposit

Both bedrooms are fully furnished, wifi, hardwood floors, access to a clean laundry facility on the basement level. This is a diverse neighborhood bustling with new restaurants and shops. Considerate, mature, clean, kind, independent professionals encouraged.

Amenities:
This property is within walking distance to 1,2,3,9 subway (to the West), and the 4,5,6 (to the East). The cross-town 125th street bus, M60 that goes to LaGuardia Airport and Metro-North railway are also walking distance. Further across town to the west on 125th is the A, C, E train, specified A express trains go to John F. Kennedy airport. Wholefoods is within walking distance. Among the neighborhood, restaurants are Red Rooster, Blvd. Bistro, and Lito.

Available for a May/June move-in. Full deposit and background check must clear prior to the move-in date.

* $500.00 USD REFUNDABLE deposit required for use of the elevator for moving furniture, returned upon inspection (not required for regular suitcases, etc.).
* Deck is unavailable when front studio is occupied, but there's still a ground level garden to be enjoyed
