Bedroom with Full Bath and Your Own Living Room

I travel a lot since recently and am only present in the apartment 5-6months of the year. I am renting my 2nd Bedroom and 2nd Bathroom as well as the Living Room, which will be 100% yours. All rooms are fully furnished. The apartment is in a former school building and has very heigh ceilings and windows (15 feet) and gets lots of sunlight. The A, B, C, D train Station is in front of the building. You can't really hear the trains and it's super convenient. It's in walking distance to Columbia and two local parks and about a 15min walk away from Central Park and 10min to the Hudson River. Wholefoods and Trader Joes are 10min away (walking distance). I've lived in this neighborhood for a very long time and love it here.
I am considering couples as well, at a surcharge of $200 extra a month.
I'm open to pets. I love animals.
I am open to short and long-term rentals.
Cleanliness in the common area (kitchen) is important to me.
The bedroom in the picture shows it as unfurnished. It will be fully furnished upon occupancy.
