Looking for a mid-20s to mid-30s (female/LGBTQ+ preferred) subletter to take over an unfurnished private bedroom in a fully furnished apartment in Manhattanville.

About the living situation:
I am looking for a subletter to take over my bedroom. You would be living with a female, 25, in a clean, calm, independent household. This is a parallel living setup — respectful, low-drama, and comfortable with coexisting w/o constant interaction in common areas. The apartment has: 2 bedrooms, living room, 1 bathroom, and kitchen.

Requirements (non-negotiable):
- Financially reliable; pays rent ($1800/mo) & utilities on time
- Must qualify to sublet under building authorization (Gov ID required)
- Clean, respectful, self sufficient
- Clear, respectful communication about guests, noise, and boundaries; must ask before bringing overnight visitors or hosting guests.
- Comfortable with an already furnished apartment; bedroom to be furnished by subletter
- No additional pets (must be okay with an existing cat)
- LGBTQ+ friendly
- No smoking inside
- Comfortable with a fixed sublet term (through November 2026)
