Looking for Roommates for Lease Signing

Hi, I am a recent Columbia Climate School Grad and looking for roommates to resign the lease for this fully furnished and beautifully decorated apartment. I have been living here for last 2 years and signing the lease for a third year.

Apt is on 4th floor of a walk up building. Laundromat is 5 mins walk from the building. Only the small room is available and comes with a bed frame desk and a chair. The rent is listed under each room's photo, and the amount accounts for the apartment (Living Room, Bathroom, Kitchen) being fully furnished. It is a year-long lease starting on May 1, 2026. Renewal is possible at the end of the lease.

- 3 mins walk to 125th St Subway Station
- 4 mins walk to C Town Grocery Store
- Right across from the Forum and Columbia Business School
- 15 mins walk to Trader Joes, Sephora, WholeFoods and many more stores.

I will be your roommate and will be occupying the fourth room not listed here. I currently work for a climate nonprofit from home, but I also like spending time outside. I am a social person who loves music, art, and singing, but I also respect others' personal space. I expect roommates to do their chores diligently and communicate well because I do not like conflicts/negative energy in shared spaces. The other roommates are Psychology Major at CCNY and Architect Student at Columbia. All Females
