Fully Furnished Apt (Perfect Location & Kitchen)

I am subleasing my apartment. It is fully furnished. In my opinion, it is in the perfect location. It is literally right by an express subway. Two stops away from Port Authority Bus Terminal (midtown), three stops to Penn Station. Right by so many great stores like Traders Joes, Target, Whole Foods, DSW, Footlocker, TJ Maxx, Burlington Coat Factory, H&M, etc... So many great restaurants nearby, I can go on and on.

The reason why I am subleasing is that I have commitments out of state to attend to that will pretty much have me not fully using my apartment in 2026. We will be getting landlord approval and everything would go according to the book! I would prefer to rent out to either 1) a student (Columbia/Barnard is walking distance nearby, can use public transport bus too, and I believe Columbia's own bus also might have a stop nearby as I've seen it a few times), or 2) a professional who might need a place in the city at times. So if you already have a permanent residence elsewhere, but would like to have a place in the city for work purposes for the next 3-12 months that allows flexibility with dates/stays and a trusted subleaser or 3) someone with a pet (cat preferred) who needs time to find a more permanent residence in the city.

This is a sublease. Minimum is around 3 months. The price does not include utilities. Utilities is internet, electricity, and gas. I am glad to answer any questions and if you would like to move forward, we would be doing the standard of references, linkedin, sublease contract, landlord approval, etc...
