Room Available in Spacious 3 Bedroom Apt - Harlem

Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to move into my place with me around November 1st.

It’s a spacious apartment with two bathrooms, a large living area, and a great layout for comfortable shared living. The available bedroom is about 127 sq ft, unfurnished (though I can furnish it if needed) with a huge closet space. There’s also a storage unit attached to the building that I’m happy to share if you’ve got some extra stuff.

The building has on-site laundry and 24/7 security with guards, so it’s both convenient and safe.

Rent is $2,000 a month with no security deposit, and we’d just split ConEd and WiFi, both of which are super reasonable right now.

The apartment has both east and west facing views. You can see all the way out to the East River from one side and catch a gorgeous view of the Hudson from the other.

I’m a musician and bartender, working part time and usually busy with gigs or music projects. The apartment also has a fully functional music studio, so if you’re a musician or creative type, that’s a plus but definitely not required.

I keep things clean, organized, and pretty chill overall.

I’ve also got a four month old kitten who can be a handful at times, but he means well. 🐱

Looking for someone responsible, tidy, and easy to live with, ideally another young professional or creative. The lease is month to month with no long term commitment.
