Ashley and I are looking for a potential third roomate to take over this bedroom in our apartment right off of Broadway and the 137th station.
This apartment features a washer/dryer in unit, a dishwasher, window AC in the living room, one bathroom, and a cozy living room/kitchen area. It’s on the 4th floor with no elevator.
The available room is $1116 a month + $20 for third of monthly wifi costs + a third of the electricty bill (varies monthly but usually $50 per person). Our previous roommate is looking to sell the following furniture: $150 for the dresser and $75 for the bed frame. The mini keyboard is free if desired. Please note, there is no AC in the bedroom and the heating needs to be fixed before winter comes again.
