The apartment is a large 2 bedroom apartment with hardwood floors. One room is occupied by me, and the other would be available to you. The living room, kitchen and bathroom will be shared. The apartment is very near to the Hudson River and Riverside Park, and is well connected with the 137 St subway station being a couple of blocks away. Columbia University is also just a few mins of a walk away. There are many great local restaurants to enjoy nearby.

The living room is furnished with a couch as well as table and chairs for dining or working purposes. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and top of the line microwave, oven and stove. The room has large windows to allow a lot of natural light, as well as a built in closet for you to keep your stuff. The room also has a desk and chair in case you wish to work inside. There is high speed Verizon FiOS Wi-Fi available throughout the apartment.
