I?m looking for someone to sublet or take over the lease for my studio starting November 1st to August 31st 2021 for $1995. Heat and hot water included. The sublet or lease takeover will be landlord approved.
Ideally looking for someone long term, but for sublet - short-term or month by month will also work.

It?s located on 135th and Broadway, in an elevator and laundry building. It?s on the 22nd floor with a great unobstructed view of the Hudson River and gets ample amount of sunlight throughout the day! Additionally, it has a separate kitchen, and three big closets. Can be furnished or unfurnished.
