The apartment: -3-bed, 2-bath (one will be shared between room 1 & romme 2) -great kitchen with fantastic natural light -window AC in kitchen and all bedrooms -unit located on 4th floor of a clean, well-kept building with elevator -dishwasher -no washer/dryer in-unit, but multiple laundromat just across the street -inward-facing bedrooms so very little noise from through streets and nearby restaurants and bars -furniture can be discussed. No pets.

The building: -located lower Morningside Heights close to Columbia -building is on a side street a stone's throw from all the food and drink in the area -5-minute walk to the 1-line with easy one-stop transfer to the express 2 and 3 at 96th street.. Frankly I think everyone living here often feels like they've got the entire place to themselves. Low drama and quiet roommates expected.
