An available room in our shared apartment starting March 1st, 2026, and we’re looking for a great new roommate to join us!

The Details:
Rent: $1,300/month

Move-in Date: March 1, 2026

Utilities: Water is included. Electric/WiFi averages $70–$80/month (can rise a bit in wintertime due to higher use of heat).

Other: In-unit washer and dryer, there is also an additional laundry room in the basement of the building

The Location:
Central Park: Literally one block away - your backyard for morning runs or weekend picnics!

Subway: The B/C trains are just two blocks away, and the 1 and 2/3 express lines are a 10-minute walk each way.

Buses: Total convenience with the M7 and M116 bus stops right outside the apartment.

Shopping: Steps away from Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Target, and TJ Maxx.

The Vibe: Surrounded by coffee shops, bars (go to Super Nice Bakery, our personal favorite!), and restaurants in the area.

The Roommates
You’ll be sharing the space with two women in our 20s/30s. One of us works remotely, and the other works at a school in Brooklyn. We’re friendly, clean, and enjoy keeping the apartment a relaxing place to come home to.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a responsible, considerate roommate who:

Pays rent and bills on time.

Is mindful and respectful of shared living spaces.

Is communicative and easygoing.
