1-bed in shared UWS apartment Avail 4/1/25

Hi there! My lovely roommate is moving out at the end of our lease to live alone, so I am looking to fill her bedroom. We live on the second-floor of a walk-up (1 FOS), around the corner from a 1-train stop in Manhattan Valley. Window in every room, dishwasher, laundry on-site, and a responsive Super. Heat and hot water are included, so it’s rent+internet+electricity. There will be a name change fee and a security deposit. There may be some flexibility in moving in a few days early. Pet friendly on a case-by-case basis.
A little bit about me -
30 yrs old, morning person, Jewish, and originally from Boston. Been living in NYC for over a year. Super warm and friendly. Prioritize sleep hygiene, being active, work, and my spiritual community. Love all things Bravo and new hobbies! I WFH 90% of the time. While I occasionally go out, I never bring the party home.
It’s important we both value keeping our home as a shared sanctuary. Ideally you are also wellness and career (or grad school) focused. Looking for someone that’s self-aware, responsible, and kind 🙂
