Quiet Bedroom-Fully Furnished Apt off Central Park

Hello! I am a 28 year old Sales Director for my sister's and I sustainable fine chocolate company.

I got this beautiful apartment (3bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) in Manhattan Valley right next to Central Park, and currently have 1 female roommate (young professional)

The apartment is fully furnished, has an in unit washer dryer, dishwasher, and in an elevator building.

This bedroom is the second largest bedroom, has a dresser, shelving, large closet, and AC/radiator in room.

This bedroom shares one bathroom with another room (there's 2 bathrooms in the apt)

The third bedroom is reserved for me when I visit the States for work (rarely) so you would only have 1 fulltime roommate (female late 20s). The bathroom would mostly be private as well, expect for when I am in town.

Major purchases like toilet paper, dishwasher soap is shared between the house.

This apartment is good for someone who is a professional or student, kind, serious, respectful, clean, and doesnt like to throw alot of parties or always have people over. Since there is a common living room, dining room and kitchen, this apartment is good for someone who likes to have a clean and calm space.

Move in Date is June 13 (first and security)
Looking to have a roommate secured as soon as possible!
