Fully Furnished Room/Apartment in UWS

Hello! I am a 28 year old Sales Director for my sister's and I chocolate company.

I got this beautiful apartment (4bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) in Manhattan Valley right next to Central Park, and currently have 3 female roommates (all young professionals or students)

The apartment is fully furnished, has an in unit washer dryer, dishwasher, and in a elevator building.

This bedroom has 2 windows, a mirror, dressers and closet all inside the room. This room is located on one corner of the apartment, so it’s pretty private and quiet.
This bedroom shares a bathroom with another room (there's 2 bathrooms in the apt)

Major purchases like toilet paper, dishwasher soap is shared between the house.

I like to keep the house rules casual and respectful, people are able to bring their partners or friends over, but a requirement is to help keep the apartment clean and generally communicate with everyone major things. I keep a small office in the apartment that I stay in when I visit New York for work or family (not often) so I won’t be your main roommate, but you will see me occasionally.

Move in Date is May 28th (first and security)
Looking to have a roommate secured as soon as possible!
