We are a group of young professionals in our mid 20s and early 30s, looking for someone to move into a large furnished room in our beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment.

The apartment is located on a quiet block of West 105th Street, just steps away from Central Park and a short walk to Columbia University. The room is very spacious and comes fully furnished. Bathroom comes with a shower and bathtub, and is shared with another roommate.

The apartment features:
- In-unit laundry and dryer
- Kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, large oven, a small toaster oven, coffee machine, crock pot and rice cooker
- Cozy living room with a couch, dining table and A/C unit
- Shared walk-in closet with extra storage space, plenty of bed sheets, bathroom towels and pillows
- 3 minute walk from B/C train on 103rd St, 10/15 minutes walk from 1/2/3 trains
- Walking distance from many grocery stores (including Whole Foods and Trader Joes), restaurants and bars

The room comes at $1575 monthly, plus utilities. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Total move in cost includes first month's rent, and a 1 month's rent security deposit. Long term arrangements are preferred, though short term is also a possibility.
