Looking for Roomate | Lower East Side Apartment

Hey guys, I’m Wyatt (27M) living in LES on the corner of Norfolk and Stanton looking for a roommate in my 2Bed/2Bath apartment. Rent is $2,350 and it’s on the 4th floor in an elevator building. The room is small, which is reflected in the price but, you get your own full bathroom. I’m adding a sketch of the room but feel free to check the apt in person and measure stuff out if it makes sense for you. You could do a full bed and a small desk or a queen bed. The amenities in the apartment and building make up for it imo. FYI there is no living room but, I have an extra full xl mattress, bins and an office chair for the room if helpful.

It’s professionally managed and the company is responsive with a live-in super. The apartment itself has a dishwasher and washed/dryer combo machine as well as deep cabinets and plenty of storage in the kitchen.

The lease is for 18-months and I’m prioritizing folks that are willing to sign up for that length but don’t feel discouraged if you only want to do a year, happy to talk about it.

A little about me, I’m originally from the SF Bay Area and moved out here for a tech sales gig but my background is in finance/investment banking. I enjoy going to the gym, trying new restaurants and hanging with friends. Hopefully you have a few of the same interests.
