I’m Eric, 28, lifelong New Yorker and real estate agent. I’m focused on building my career, so I’m usually around the city showing apartments or at my Midtown office. I sometimes help my stepfather with HVAC work during the summer.

I’m work hard, play hard — into fitness, exploring the city, restaurants, drinks, going out, sports and staying active. At home I’m clean, quiet and low-drama. Looking for someone ambitious, independent and respectful who has their own life but is also down to hang out occasionally.

I also have Blaze, my 5-year-old chocolate Lab. He’s trained, calm, great with people and dogs, and the building is pet-friendly. I walk 10–15+ miles most days, so he’s usually out with me.

Application: We’re slightly under the building’s 80x income requirement, so ideally looking for someone with a qualified guarantor.
