Sunny Furnished Room in the LES (Rent Frozen!!)

Looking for a roommate for my furnished 2 bed/1 bath on Stanton & Rivington in the LES.

Hopefully an August 15 move-in, but August 23rd works as well. It's a one year lease (rent frozen, thank you Zohran!!).

The location is honestly hard to beat. You're right in the middle of the Lower East Side, SoHo, and the East Village, about a 10-minute walk to Chinatown, and close to the F, B, D, M, 4, 5, 6, J, and M trains. Whole Foods is across the street, Trader Joe's, Target, Key Food, and Lidl are all within a half mile, and pretty much everywhere worth going is walkable.

The room gets gorgeous sunlight, has a closet and fire escape, and the apartment is fully furnished.

About me: I'm 29 (almost 30, jfc) and work in philanthropy. I work from home Mondays and Fridays and I'm in the office Tuesday through Thursday. Big movie/music/books gal, so you'll be living with (and if you want, contributing to) an ever-growing physical media collection.

I'm looking for someone who's got their own thing going but also wants to be actual roommates. I'd love someone who's is independent, but also down to split a bottle of Lambrusco, watch Love Island, or check out a movie every now and then, but also appreciates having home be the safe space it's supposed to be!

I've somehow never seen a single pest in this apartment, which is a point of pride. I do a general deep clean of the common spaces a couple of times a month, so I'm just looking for someone who's respectful of shared spaces and cleans up after themselves.
