NYC Roommate for Large 2nd Bedroom in Apartment

It’s in dimes square area of LES. The neighborhood is super cute and has a ton of food/ nightlife. The building is very safe and clean. It has a doorman, elevators, a courtyard, and a full gym. The unit has a sizable bathroom, an in unit washer dryer, and dishwasher. There is a trash room and ice machine. The building is right next to an F train station and a 5 minute walk from an M train station. It’s near the east side water walkway. The apartment is already furnished, so the only furniture needed is for your bedroom.

Both bedrooms have large windows and A/C units. The open bedroom has a large walk in closet. I am looking for someone to occupy this room starting August 1st-indefinitely! I am looking for a long term Subletter who is very, VERY clean, kind, and respectful of our shared space! Would love to find a like minded type-A person who takes care of their living space.
