About the Apartment & Room:
Looking for a roommate to share a very spacious apartment in the Lower East Side. The apartment features a massive kitchen (perfect if you love to cook!) and is located right by the park and the river, offering incredible waterfront access and outdoor space.
Your room comes equipped with basic furniture, including a folding bed. You are more than welcome to bring your own furniture or replace it if you prefer to customize the space to your liking.
About Me & My Dog:
I am a professional photographer who travels frequently for work. I share the space with my wonderful dog, so you must absolutely love dogs!
When I am away traveling, my regular dog walker will be staying at the apartment to care for him (a formal introduction will be arranged beforehand so everyone is comfortable). Alternative option: If you love dogs and are willing to take over his care while I am traveling, we can arrange to deduct those dates directly from your monthly rent!
