Hi! I’m trying to move into NYC and want to find a nice place but split rent with someone. My friend put me in touch with the landlord of his building and she has a room opening at the end of June.

Located in the East Broadway in the Lower East Side. Rent is $3,600 (split) with utilities of ~150-200/month. Expect monthly rent to be <$1,900 per person.

In unit washer + drier. Stove, fridge, microwave included.

The landlord has sent me pictures of the apartment furnished by previous tenants.
