I’m looking for someone kind , easygoing, and responsible to take over a furnished master bedroom in my beautiful apt right in the heart of the Lower East Side.

About the apartment-
The space is really special, it’s actually two apartments combined into one huge 1400 sq ft home with 15 ft high ceilings, lots of plants and artwork.

• 2 large bathrooms ( shared )
• Modern kitchen with an island and brand new appliances ( stove , fridge, dishwasher, microwave)
• Windows in every room
• Rooftop access with chairs and a table for hanging out or catching for some sun when the weather is nice .

About the room -
The master bedroom is massive , a size of a studio apartment in nyc , , it comes fully furnished with a queen size bed, desk , office chair , side table and 2 closets .There are two large new windows facing a quiet park , and gets beautiful natural light .

Location -
The building is right across the street from the F train station 50 steps away … so you can get anywhere in the city and Brooklyn in minutes. Trader Joe’s , Target , tones of cafes , restaurants, bars , boutiques and galleries are near by .

• 15 min to East Village
• 20 min to FiDi / Seaport
•30 min walk to union square
• 10 min subway ride to midtown

Roommates & Vibe 💫
You’d be sharing the apartment with two amazing guys in their 20s . Both professional ( tech + finance) a female and a male , very friendly, clean , and relaxed . They are social but respectful and overall vibe is chill , tidy , and good energy. Everyone is busy with work and life , ( both work full time at the office ) , but always down to chat or hangout.

Rent -$3300 a month
Move in - August 5th , dates are flexible
Sublease - 1 year or longer
No pets , no couples please 🙏
1 month security deposit + proof of income + credit check+ bank statements& w2s are required.
