Middle bedroom available in spacious 3 bedroom apartment, located in the heart of LES. Apartment is a fifth floor walk-up. There is no elevator in the building, but being on the fifth floor is nice and quiet.

Located 1 block, less than a 5 minute walk, away from F/M/J trains, about 12 minute walk to L train. Plenty of grocery shopping, restaurants, laundry and everything else you can think of - just steps away.

Should be ok with dogs, we have a large white Pyrenees - super friendly, and she loves to sleep all day.

We are both pretty clean, quiet and chill. I work a 9-5 and usually gone on the weekends. Other roommate works during the day throughout the entire week. We both mostly chill in our rooms in the evening.

Utilities are not included, split 3 ways. Range from $60-$190 each, per month, and internet is an additional $30 a month. Room will come unfurnished.
