Hi! I’m subletting my fully furnished room in the Lower East Side for about a month while I’m away.
=> Dates: Dec 15 – Jan 15 (flexible by a few days on either side)
=> Location: LES, 5 min walk to Trader Joe’s, Target, and Delancey St–Essex St station (F/M/J/Z). Tons of coffee shops, bars, and nightlife nearby.
=> About the apartment:
- 4BR, 2 bath apartment on the 2nd floor
- In-unit washer & dryer
- 2 bathrooms (one with a shower)
- Access to a public terrace with beautiful views
- Pet-friendly building
=> Your room:
- Large windows with great natural light
- Fully furnished: bed, study desk, chair, closet, 5-drawer dresser, full-length mirror
=> Roommate:
- You’ll actually only be sharing the apartment with one person while you’re here as the other roommates are out of town for this period
- They’re a grad student in their 20s, clean, respectful, and fairly busy with school.
=> Rent:
- $2,500 total for the stay, including utilities + WiFi
- Security deposit: $1000, refundable at the end of your stay if there’s no damage
=> Ideal subletter:
- Responsible, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
- Okay with normal apartment noise but not throwing big parties
