Hi! I'm looking for somebody for my 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in the Lower East Side, NYC. Grand St. Amazing location.
Price is only $1600 for a very large bedroom with large closet. Very cheap for the great quality you will get.

There are currently 2 young Russian girls in their early 20's living there so I need a 3rd person for the other bedroom. Guy or girl. Everybody is friendly and clean so I'm looking for a kind and good person for the last room :)

Excellent location next to plenty of transportation and stores right outside. Large laundry room in the basement.
