Hey! I’m looking for someone to take over my room (unfurnished) in a modern 3-bed near Seward Park in the LES.

The apartment has a spacious modern living and kitchen area, good Wi-Fi, and laundry in the building. It’s an amazing location with loads of great bars, restaurants and coffee shops nearby, plus easy access to the subway.

- The room comfortably fits a queen bed, a desk and gets plenty of natural light.
- Shares a bathroom with one other person.
- Doorman and elevator building
- You’ll be living with two friendly professionals who are tidy and respectful of others.

Rent is $1950 per month, and bills usually come to around $200pp including a bi-weekly cleaner and shared kitchen/bathroom supplies. One month’s rent is the security deposit. The lease starts on 16th December.
