• Full access to a shared kitchen
• Washer and dryer in the unit
• High-speed internet included
• Gas, electricity, and household basics (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sanitizer, etc.) included
• Flat rate — $1,000/month (no extra fees)

House Rules:
• Absolutely no drugs — zero tolerance policy

Currently, there are 3 male roommates. We’re friendly but mostly keep to ourselves and respect each other’s space. The apartment has a peaceful, clean, and easygoing vibe. We’re looking for someone considerate and reliable to complete the household.
