About the Room:

• Full access to a shared kitchen
• Washer and dryer in the unit
• High-speed internet included
• Gas, electricity, and household basics (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sanitizer, etc.) included
• Flat rate — $1,300/month (no extra fees)

About Us:
