Welcome to the LES! I'm moving out of my apartment for a few months and need someone to take over my lease starting Nov 1.

I'm 25, from DC, and I work in energy & finance. The apartment is well-maintained, fully furnished, and in my favorite neighborhood in NYC! My bedroom has plenty of natural light, with two windows, and a mini-balcony overlooking Stanton & Ludlow. You could stumble into a bar, restaurant, brand pop up, jazz lounge, or cute cafe. Apt is walking distance from East Village, SoHo, and Williamsburg.
