I’m looking for someone kind, easygoing, and responsible to take over a bright, cozy ,furnished room, in my beautiful 3BR apartment right in the heart of the Lower East Side.
Move-in December 15th dates flexible). It’s a 9 months sublease with the option to extend in September when we renew the lease.

The apartment takes up the entire 2nd floor of a new LES building , two units joined into one 1,400 sq ft home. It’s spacious, airy, plant-filled, and full of personality.

The Space Includes:

The Room:
Fully furnished with a full-size bed (Posturepedic mattress), desk, office chair, a big mirror, and a closet., there’s another storage space by the kitchen where you can hang all of your clothes . Faces a quiet park, gets lovely morning light, and has its own AC unit.

You’ll be sharing with two male roommates in their 20s who work in tech and finance full time at the office . Both are kind, clean, grounded, and easy to live with , travel a lot , the home vibe is friendly and relaxed.

Rent: $2,530/month
Move-in: December 15th (flexible)
Requirements: 1 month security deposit, proof of income, and credit check.
No pets or couples, please.
