We’re a 30-year-old female and a 24-year-old male looking for a third roommate to join our current lease running until April 1st — we will likely resign the lease! (:

We’re chill, tidy, and looking for someone with a similar vibe. The apartment is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath with a full kitchen, perfectly located in the Lower East Side on Orchard St between Broome and Grand — prime access to everything the LES has to offer.

The building is a 5th-floor walk-up (great daily workout lol!), and it has an incredible rooftop with stunning views of both the Empire State Building and One World Trade. There are also fenced-off areas on the roof for added privacy. Entry is secure via a building access app.

Utilities are super affordable: around $22/month for internet and $27+ for electricity depending on the season. There are also great local laundromats nearby.

The available room has a closet and comes with an AC unit in great condition. If you need a bed and bed frame, we can provide one — otherwise, we’ll dispose of it. The space fits a full-size bed and a small desk snugly, and it has the potential to be cute if set up thoughtfully!
