The best part of this apartment is the two private outdoor patios, and location. The apartment is above Russ and Daughters, a block away from Katz and across the street from the 2nd ave F.

It's a 3 bedroom/2 full bathroom duplex with two floors of private outdoor space and spacious living area that gets floor to ceiling light through the south facing windows. The lower outdoor space alone is larger than a one bedroom. Views of Fidi from lower patio and views of midtown from upper patio. It’s nice to live in a space where you don’t feel forced to go out, and can relax in, or casually host a small group and grill for dinner.

The lease will run from Sept 1, 2026-Aug 31, 2027. we are hoping to renew the lease by the end early Aug and would like to fill the room by then.

FEES: The landlord charges a $100 application fee.

About us:

32 year old male from Idaho. Spends time being outside, playing soccer, golfing, and trying new restaurants. I am in the office 5 days a week, and work in data and analytics. I keep the place tidy, and it’s pretty quiet during the week. It never feels like there’s 3 of us in the apartment but it’s always great when we find ourselves in the living area or kitchen at the same time.

-Room size- all of the bedrooms are similar in size and can all fit a queen sized bed and a smaller desk
-Plenty of windows throughout the common spaces to have the apartment well lit
-The common spaces are fully furnished (couches, cookware, TV, Sonos surround sound system, all outdoor furniture) but the bedroom will be unfurnished.
