Hi, Please check out this relaxing apt in the heart of the NYC art and youngster scene. The apt will have shared spaces such as a bathroom and shower which are in separate areas. It has 1 private bedroom and 1 semi-private bedroom. Male guest preferred. There is a kitchen and eating area that also contains the shower. Your room will be private and have a tatami mattress and lovely work space .There is shared access to the toilet room which is inside the other roommate's semi-private room. The apt is on the second floor so is very accessible to street. The kitchen has all utensils and fridge and oven and you can cook with courage. The apt is very close to the F train line which takes you to greenwich village, Bryant park, Central Park, union square and all major areas in Manhattan. I also have lots of paints and musical instruments which you are free to borrow at times. Make it your art getaway and get inspired by the pizza you smell through the window and the din of the gatherings which make their way to the various spots in the LES. You will have a grand time!
