Our spacious, light-filled, two-bedroom apartment, located in the Lower East Side, is a perfect summer spot to experience the city. We are 5 minutes from Soho, 5 minutes from Dimes Square, 10 minutes from TriBeCa, and only a 4-minute walking distance from Delancey Essex St Station (F, M, J, and Z trains) and Grand St Station (B and D). Essentially, you couldn’t be better located!
The apartment has two large double bedrooms with shared access to a fire escape with a gorgeous view of the Lower East Side. Each room will have its own designated storage space for your belongings. A large, open-planned, kitchen, dining, sitting room is perfect for cooking meals and having a few friends over, or enjoying a bit of peace and quiet whilst staying in the bustle of Manhattan.
We are two creative professionals and our house is filled with plants, art, and great books. We’d love to find people to enjoy the pride we take in our home while we’re both away, visiting family in Europe!
