This is for a female who is clean, neat and responsible.
There is house rule for guest and cleaning.
No drugs, no party, no smoking in the apartment, please.
Room is available from September 15.

Security deposit $1400 (it should be returned as last month rent) plus 1 month rent $1400 to move in.
