There is a small bed. You can use table, heater, vacuum cleaner, kitchen stuffs, if you like.

Shared bathroom and kitchen with me (professional female) and my cat.


This is for a female who is clean, neat and responsible.
There is house rule for guest and cleaning.
No drugs, no party, no smoking in the apartment, please.
Room is available only March 1 to March 11.

Security deposit $300 (it should be returned when you out) plus $580 for 11 days to move in. If less than that, 1 week $390 plus $57/day.
