Rent is $2000 a month , one month security deposit is required to move in.

- The subway station is right in front of the building , less than a min walk to get there, makes it easier to commute anywhere in the city or to Brooklyn within 15 mins .
-There's a park near the subway , so there's a lot of natural light getting into the apartment .

About the Location-
Lower East Side is one of the best neighborhoods in Manhattan , there are lots of bars , restaurants , galleries and boutiques all around. It takes about 10 -15 mins walk to the East Village , Soho , Sea port area ,and the Financial District , on the boarder of ChInatown and Nolita .Subway is right across the street from the building ( the F train) , 5 mins walk to the J, M,Z, and 10 mins walk to 6 train.. Shopping centers , trader Joe's and target are only a few blocks away . very convenient.

About the room -
The room is HUGE , the size of a NY studio , there's a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress , two large windows ( very bright ) , a closet , and an AC for the summer time.
