I am so sad to be parting with my beautiful space in the heart of the Lower East Side, but a relocation back to London means I am looking to sublet the entire apartment for the remainder of my lease.

The lease is up in November 2022, and I am looking to sublet both bedrooms til the end of October.

The apartment is the most spacious 2 bed I’ve seen in the LES. It has a dining table that can seat up to 10 people, a large, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage and prep space, 3 big storage closets outside the bedrooms, and a separate furnished lounge. The bedrooms both have queen beds and mattresses. Although it’s already furnished, you’re welcome to bring any of your own furniture as there’s plenty of space!

Water + heat included.

The building is located in the heart of the Lower East Side, a 3 minute walk from the subway at both Delancey & Essex St (F, M, J, Z) and Grand St (B, D), and less than 5 minutes walk from various buses (9, 15).
