Newly renovated apartment lower East side

Hello! My two roommates and I are looking for someone to take over the lease in our fourth bedroom. Our apartment is in the heart of the lower east side, a 6 min walk from the nearest subway, blocks away from popular bars and restaurants, coffee shops and within 10 min walk from grocery stores like Trader Joe?s and Whole Foods. It?s right across the street from a school, so our street is very quiet. Virtual doorman and rooftop access. The apartment is newly renovated, with one very large bathroom, stainless steal appliances, washer dryer and dishwasher. We have 14 foot ceilings and lots of natural light, and the bedroom were looking to fill has a huge window. And we have a soulcycle bike! We were able to negotiate a reduced rate due to CoVid, and the price really can?t be beat for the location and amenities. Utilities not included but around $50 a month which includes WiFi and electric.

Our apartment is very characteristically New York City tiny, so we?re really looking for someone who wants to be friends with their roommates and gets along well with others in close quarters. We?re all 23- I?m a law school student and my two roommates work in fashion. We like to go out on the weekends and sometimes entertain in our apartment. Cleanliness in common areas is a must.
