Incredible walk-up condo in the heart of the Lower East Side. You will be renting a large bedroom, private bathroom, AND SMALL OFFICE/GUEST BEDROOM. You will also have access to a large, furnished living room, dining area, and kitchen. Other perks include in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, A/C in every bedroom, a bunch of large closets, a massive shared backyard (renovations in progress) and a very reasonable owner/landlord (not some big management company). Condo is located on a very quiet tree-lined street with a school on one side of it and easy street parking (ASP Friday 9-10:30).

With high speed FIOS internet and your own office, this is an excellent setup for anyone working from home. It is also a great space for a couple to share! I've been living here for two years but my roommates have all left due to COVID related job changes. Now it's just me, a bunch of thriving houseplants, and my small, quiet, hypoallergenic poodle. I'm planning to stay for the next two years while I attend graduate school. Would love to set up a video call to chat and tour the place. Hopefully you will be able to join me!
