Available is a medium size room in sunny LES apartment. The room has a window, a closet/w storage up above and comes unfurnished with a full size mattress. Located on Ludlow St north of Delancy you'd be living in the heart of the LES. Close to bars, restaurants, coffee shops and one block from the F and JMZ trains at Essex/Delancy. The owner of the building also runs a small grocery store on the ground level, there's a 24 hour gym across the street and a pharmacy on the corner with an Equinox 2 blocks away. In terms of convenience it really doesn't get any better than this.

The apartment is on the back of the building and is super quiet. The living room gets flooded with sunlight during the day. Ideally looking for a CLEAN, considerate and non-cigarette smoking roommate. LGBTQ friendly and you should be the same.

We are 2 males, 30's/20's and work in film... We don't spend a tremendous amount of time in the apartment. Not looking for heavy partiers or people who bring the bar home. This truly is a great situation in a great location. First month's rent and a security deposit to move in. Rent is due the 1st of every month. Includes wifi, but we split electric 3 ways.
