1 master bedroom available November 15, 2019 (willing to negotiate an earlier move in date if necessary) in a 2 bedroom / 1.5 bathroom apartment on 5th floor of a brownstone building. The room is pretty big with lots of sunlight and 1 closet. The bedroom is perfectly clean and freshly painted with beige walls, polished hardwood floors and two windows overseeing LES and the west side (sunsets are amazing to observe with a cup of tea sitting on the fire escape stairs????). It can easily fit any kind of bed and furniture (check out the pics!). The bedroom is not furnished. If you need any furniture (including AC unit), let me know, I would love to sell you mine.

2 bedroom / 1.5 bathroom apartment on the 5th floor with: all-in-one big kitchen (incl. toaster, microwave, oven, fridge, table and 4 chairs), and huge living room (furnished: two couches, lamps, TV, TV stand, coffee table). Living room has its own AC unit.

Brownstone walk-up, plenty of laundromats around, very nice building management.

???? Neighbourhood:
The best neighborhood, nice crowd, plenty (and by this I mean PLENTY ????????????) of restaurants and bars, rooftop lounges, 24/7 grocery stores, Wholefoods / Trader Joe?s / Target nearby (10 min walk), Citi bike stations (the closest one is across the street), parks, and 5 min walk away from the subway stop Delancey/Essex street (F M J Z). Close to everything you need!

Risha, 28, works in insurance; likes traveling, boxing, dancing, baking, cooking, and going out (well, who doesn?t).
Risha is a full time working professional who doesn?t smoke, cooks few times per week, keeps common areas clean and tidy, and enjoys the cozy quietness of our beautiful home.

???? Potential roommate:
We are looking for a female who is clean, respectful, and responsible in paying bills and rent on time. We are LGBTQ / vegan friendly.
