A great neighborhood with lots going on; Orchard and Houston... Galleries, Restaurants, Designers, Equinox, etc.

I will be away for the summer and am looking for someone to take care of the apartment and my stuff while I am away.

It is available from Late March through late-August (or possibly even mid-September) .

The exact term depends on if I need to absolutely return to deal with something and the covid situation enabling me to travel for work, which if not, might leave it empty again until mid-December.

It is a very clean well kept apartment. In great shape with nice stuff. Cool neighbors.

Your costs would be…
~$2k/month (rent + fixed costs & utilities)
+ electric (usually less than $40 unless you run a space heater or the AC on high 24/7)
+ an exit cleaning when the time comes.

Priced far under market value in return for taking care of my stuff and having some scheduling flexibility.
