>>We are two professional guys in our thirties. One works in trading and the other in film. We lead busy lives that are more outside the home than in, but when it?s a chill night we enjoy catching up over a wine or a beer. We?ve both lived abroad, one is fluent in German/Spanish, and the other decent with Japanese. It?s not the most social flat, but it?s a friendly vibe and when schedules align, a nice time together. The home is a quiet one- we don?t bring the party here, and we?re respectful of neighbors and each other in this charming, old, building. I?ve lived here for over 11 years, and still love it.

Looking for someone who is:
>> In their late 20s / 30s
>> Innately diligent about cleanliness in common spaces, washing dishes, etc.
>> A professional with a FT job. No students or freelancers please ;)
>> Courteous, quiet, and good with open communication

ADDITIONAL COSTS. . .
>>Additional costs are shared evenly among the three of us:
--Utilities average about $60 each per month
--Internet is about $25 each per month
--Other shared expenses include general house products like dish and hand soap, toilet paper, etc.
--Affordable cleaning service once per month for the common areas (Around $40-50 each)
--We have, in the past, had a share of a local CSA for fresh produce from a local farm. If you?re into that, we?ll totally do it again!
