This is an an incredibly good room! Same size rooms on the same block cost a lot more. This room is a bargain at $900/month. The room is 12 feet by 9 feet (110 square feet) with 9 foot ceilings, it gets lots of sunlight, does not get any noise from the street, it has a closet, it is a very large furnished bedroom that is private (has its own door), quiet, has hardwood floors, and it has high speed internet.

Roommates a husband and wife and a 2 year old who live in the other half of the apartment, which is separated so that guests have a lot of quiet and privacy. We try to be extra quiet from 10pm to 8 am. We are often out of the apartment during the day and we are usually out of town a couple of days a week.

We are very clean, as quiet as possible and very considerate. We try to make our guests feel like they are staying in a very good hotel for a month or for a few months. We give our guests a lot of privacy, but are always available if they need anything for their room. We take off our shoes when we come into the apartment, no street shoes inside. The walls in the common area are artistically decorated (other artists love the way that the hallways are painted and the other artwork in the common area). Guests have 24 hour access to the fully furnished kitchen. We keep the kitchen and bathroom very clean.

The nearest drop off laundry is a 2 minute walk and the nearest laundromat is a 4 minute walk from the building.

The building is safe and the neighborhood is fun, there is lots of night life on the block. There are a lot of shops, grocery stores, organic markets, cafes, restaurants and bars. There are also nice parks nearby. Guests always love the neighborhood!

There is a lot of transportation including subways F, V, J, & M (5 min walk), N, R, B, D & L (10 min walk), and many buses.
