Hi! Looking for a roommate to take over a room in Little Italy in a 2bed1bath 4th floor walk up. $1600 (+utilities ~$100/mo). March 15th or April 1-Sept 30. Potential for lease renewal.

About you
ISO someone who is generally clean and tidy, is very chill and friendly, and wants to be friends!! Mid-late twenties. Women only. LGBTQ+ friendly. No smokers. No pets. In office at least 4 days/week.

About the apartment
Great location ~4min walk to the Canal St 6 station and 5min to the NQRW. Amazing restaurants, great night life, busy, lots of nearby shopping, museums, and more!
The room is small, currently fits a full bed, small bookshelf/nightstand, tall dresser with tv on top, and a hamper. Under bed storage and small built-in shelving unit. NO CLOSET - but there is a coat closet and shoe rack in the living room that will be half yours and space for a wardrobe in the living room if that’s helpful! There is a window into an alley/courtyard (no AC but you can install one!)
Apartment is a 4th floor walk up, pre-war, very cute and cozy, great water pressure/temp in the bathroom, landlord is very nice and attentive to issues (though there aren’t many), exterminator comes once a month (but bugs aren’t really an issue). Radiator makes noise when it turns on, but otherwise building is extremely quiet.

I have a ton of experience living w roommates, am very respectful of common spaces and super tidy. Generally very easy going, chill, kind, and really about setting a safe, comfy, and happy vibe in an apartment. Though I appreciate alone time, I’m also very social and would love to be friends. I love reading, trying new restaurants, working out, painting, gaming, crafting, and yapping. I love a charcuterie night, a book club, a bar hop, and a museum all equally. I wfh but have a gf and am often at her place evenings and weekends!
