Cozy Manhattan Stay Privat bath in “Nolita”

The room is about 150 Square foot in size has a Wonderfull big window, and what I would like to call the Manhattan balcony lol ( a fire escape).
The apartment has two bedrooms an two full bathrooms so privacy is amazing. the whole apartment is 950 square foot. the bedrooms and bathrooms are separated by the common space and kitchen.

I am looking for travelers only. this is the type of roomies I like this is a temporary stay max 3 months (summer, Holidays, etc) the house is super clean and tidy so cleanliness is key.

I am a morning person and normally start my day around 6:30am. working out and fitness are my life. I cook at home so the kitchen is available to share just please keep it clean and tidy. I love music its the way I like to wind down. this is a NON SMOKING HOUSEHOLD.
Also no overnight guest please
if you are looking for a Zen Artistic place to lay your head for a few months the is the space for you. ps this is NOT a party house

little about me I used be a flight attendant so meeting new people is what I love I only ask that you are respectful and god fearing.
