I am looking for someone to take over the last month of rent, August 1-31st of my large bedroom in Little Italy (Mulberry and Broome St) ?and resign for a year long lease following this period (so 13 months). The bedroom has 3 large windows, a massive closet, its own full bathroom and a large living room and kitchen you will share with your two awesome roommates: a male interior designer and a female bartender in their early 30s. The room is on the 6th floor over an Italian restaraunt, and the moment you step out of the building you are immersed in the beautiful historic and clean environment nestled within Soho. You will pay one months rent $1700 and a deposit of $1700 to move in. Utilities come out to ~$90 a month and include high speed internet, cable tv, gas and electric. The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed and full length mirror (and a desk, chair, lamp, and smart tv for an additional price if desired). I am leaving NYC for personal reasons, but will certainly miss this incredible set up!
