1-bathroom apartment upper west side direct line to Central Park entrance and a block from Lincoln Center. Def one of the fastest commutes if you work in the city. Roommates in their 20’s and 30’s, young professionals working, artist and creatives in NYC! It’s an artist house, very creative, we like to wake up extra early and lots of fun. not great for studying or working from home.

The apartment is on the second floor of a walk-up building. It’s an artist building, no elevators, no doormen, just old school NYC. I always feel so grateful we live here.
It’s an open concept living room/kitchen area facilitates a warm communal living environment, fun atmosphere. Comfortable living room huge TV. Open kitchen includes all a dishwasher, stove, air fryer, blender, fridge Ect. We are pretty set with furniture. It’s for someone who is move in ready, on the go, Not for someone who works from home or stays in their room without socializing. The house is big on athletics, laughing, great energy and keeping a fun vibe of the house.

This place is great for someone busy and doesn’t work from home! Non smoker preferred. Female preferred. Looking preferably for someone to stay a couple month or til April 30th 2027.

If you love walking/running/ biking or just chilling in the sun we are right in between Central Park and the River. It is the fastest walk to Central Park’s best features: Sheep’s Meadow, Tavern on the Green, and Bethesda Fountain! Morton Williams around the corner, Trader Joe's and Fairway are less than five blocks away, and Gourmet Garage a block over. The building and neighborhood are safe and friendly and if you’re lucky you’ll get a spot for street parking.
