We are a busy fun energetic house full of laughter looking for the right energy to keep the house happy, motivated and fun! Perfect for someone visiting and wants to learn about the city and really take it in. Preferably A female. Great for someone visiting on a visa, student or traveling for a year or less. Not for couples. We love having roommates who explore the city we can recommend tons of stuff to do. Great for someone who doesn’t have a lot of stuff. NOT looking for someone who comes home and stays in their room and doesn’t leave their room for days!! True Story!! Lesson learned! We have fun, drink, occasional, booze brunches out, but we don’t bring the party home.

The apartment is on the second floor walk-up building. It’s an artist building, no elevators, no doormen, just old school NYC.
It’s an open concept living room/kitchen area facilitates a warm communal living environment. Comfortable living room huge TV. Open kitchen includes a dishwasher, air fryer, blender, stove, fridge Ect. We are pretty set with furniture, but willing to discuss if you have pieces that you are thinking. It’s for someone who is on the go, Not someone who works from home or is a homebody.

I am a fun, and busy professional photographer looking for a laid-back yet reliable fun roommate, who wants to explore the city and really enjoy it, to share a pre-war apartment on the UWS just a few blocks from Lincoln Center.

Room #1 ($1,800) furnished room, has a queen sized bed, big mirror, desk and has a Fireplace. This room also has one big window, lots of bright light the morning til afternoon, hardwood floors and high ceilings big closet with shelves.
This place is great for someone busy, exploring NYC and doesn’t work from home. Non smoker. Looking preferably for someone to stay the length of a the lease (oct 1, 2026 to April 30th 2027) but willing to discuss shorter or longer arrangements as well.

-No cigarette smoking in the apartment at ALL, - I am 420 friendly but not in the house.

If you love running/ biking or just chilling in the sun we are right in between Central Park and the River. Central Park’s best features: Sheep’s Meadow, Tavern on the Green, Woolman Rink, and Bethesda Fountain! Trader Joe's and Fairway are less than five blocks away, and Gourmet Garage one block over. The building and neighborhood are safe and friendly and if your lucky you’ll get a spot for street parking.

First month and security needed upon move in. Utilities not included, usually between $60-$85 a month .
